Life Long Dental Coaching for sustainable optimal oral hygiene

How dental coaching ensures your dental health

Do you want to maintain optimal oral hygiene and long-term dental health? Then it's best to rely on a harmonious combination of professional prophylaxis at the dentist's office and personal commitment at home. This is exactly what paro® Life Long Dental Coaching (LLDC) stands for – we are happy to present this holistic strategy to you in detail.

We understand how important healthy teeth are to you

Whether you are a patient or a practice team, the motivation is the same: healthy and beautiful teeth. After all, pain-free eating and drinking is a basic need, and a radiant smile is simply indispensable. That's why we support you with our paro® Dental Coaching. However, optimal dental care requires more than just superficial tooth brushing.

Simply strong from paro®: Dental coaching combined with high-quality products

With Life Long Dental Coaching from paro®, you can combine dental treatment tailored to your needs at your dentist's office with daily use at home. This close interaction is accompanied by the targeted use of paro® quality products – and that doesn't just apply to your natural teeth.

Everything included – from implants to dentures

But it's not just natural teeth that accumulate plaque. That's why the paro® LLDC concept naturally also includes the care of dentures, implants, and orthodontic appliances. After all, non-natural appliances pose a particularly high risk of gum inflammation and caries due to niches and the open gum line. With paro® Life Long Dental Coaching, you can take care of your oral hygiene effectively and completely in the long term!

How the paro® LLDC works in Detail and what it offers you!
With our paro® Life Long Dental Coaching, you can combine professional and personal oral hygiene - easily and tailored to your specific needs. We'll show you how.

Professional Oral Care

Medical History
Your medical history forms the basis for your professional oral health consultation. Previous illnesses, acute complaints, current medications, and more: the dentist gets a comprehensive picture of the patient.
Examination
The dentist thoroughly examines the teeth and assesses the condition of the teeth, gums, and dentures through visual inspection and, if necessary, imaging techniques.
Discussion with the patient
After the examination, the dentist explains the patient's individual oral health (dental plaque, inflammation, oral hygiene) and provides treatment and dental care tips.
Mechanical biofilm management
An important component of the paro® LLDC concept is regular professional teeth cleaning (PTC), i.e., the thorough removal of all deposits, discoloration, and plaque, followed by polishing. This prevents caries and periodontitis.
Importance and care of the interdental space
The interdental spaces make up 40 percent of the tooth surface. However, they are difficult to reach with a toothbrush. Bacteria, plaque, and tartar have an easy time of it. What helps: regular cleaning.
Measuring the interdental spaces
Dental floss, interdental brushes, or dental sticks? The best tool depends on the size of the interdental spaces. This can be easily determined with the paro® IDG – and the ideal interdental brush can be found.
Recall appointment
Professional oral hygiene in the dental office should be performed about twice a year, depending on individual circumstances. Many statutory health insurance companies provide a subsidy for this.

Homecare

Stain and remove plaque
To thoroughly remove plaque from your teeth, you must first make it visible. paro® plak staining tablets are particularly suitable for this purpose.
Clean between your teeth
A lot of bacteria accumulate between your teeth, which you cannot reach with a toothbrush alone: this affects 40 percent of the entire tooth surface. That's why, in addition to brushing your teeth, you should also use an interdental brush for your oral hygiene at home.
Brushing your teeth as effectively as possible
We provide information on the correct brushing technique and the effects of electric sonic toothbrushes and normal toothbrushes when cleaning your teeth.
Finding the right toothpaste
The ingredients in toothpaste are crucial. This applies to fluoride and its daily dosage (including for children) as well as other active ingredients. paro® amin toothpaste pays particular attention to this.
Don't forget mouthwashes for oral care
We provide insight into the effects of mouthwashes on your oral cavity and why they are an important step in paro® Life Long Dental Coaching for healthy and beautiful teeth.
Brush your tongue thoroughly
Brushing your teeth alone is often not enough for optimal dental cleaning. Regular tongue cleaning with a tongue scraper is therefore an ideal addition to your oral hygiene routine at home.
Pay attention to fluoridation
Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay and is therefore an essential part of any thorough dental cleaning routine.
